This JianZhan bowl transitions from a warm amber-gold interior to a deep mauve-brown exterior, with a band of dark charcoal encircling the rim like a horizon line at dusk. Fine ash-green speckles dust the lower body, the natural result of wood-fire kiln atmosphere. A piece that carries the memory of fire.
